We are looking for a highly motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help us take our products to the next level.

Responsibilities:

​

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-based solutions for document processing workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement machine learning algorithms that improve document processing accuracy and efficiency

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure high-quality input data for AI models

• Train, test, and validate machine learning models for document processing tasks

• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments

• Continuously research and evaluate the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning, and integrate these into our products as appropriate

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

​

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields

• At least 5 years of experience in AI-based software development, with a focus on Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision

• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn

• Experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Flink

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
